I had a copy of Bunnicula, the celery stalks at midnight when I was a kid and honestly that's where 85% of my humour comes from..
Also, the celery stalks at midnight is a 10/10 name

Omg i love this list!! Eighth Grade Bites by Z Brewer and A Living Nightmare by Darren Shan would both fit into this. The first book he sources blood from the local hospital that his aunt works at and the second book they only take what they need from humans without killing or harming them.
