Saw the film years ago, loved it. Thought it time that I finally got round to reading the book... so here I am.
I'm curious to see how close, or indeed not close, the film and the book are.

Brutal. Probably don't let your kids read this book until they're old enough, otherwise there's going to be a few distraught young ones you'll have to console.
