Wait. Is this book basically just the Hunger Games but with magic?

WOAAHH that was such a good first chapter. It really set an expectation on what’s to come and I am here for it.

I'm looking for some standalone Romantasy books! I haven't read a single page this month coz of my exams and now I'm back to routine. I want to starts with Romantasy since I haven't really read much Romantasy books.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but it's okay to read at your own pace, whether you read 10 books a month or just 5 a year, that is okay💜 Lately, I've noticed on TikTok people hating on those who read 50 books a year and I'm like ¿? Because yes, I, personally, don't read 50 books a year, but one of my closest friends was able to read more than a 100 this year after years in a slump and I'm extremely happy for her. But I saw videos of people saying "But are you actually reading? Understanding? Underlining paragraphs? Making annotations? Analyzing what the author is trying to...?" NOT EVERYONE NEEDS TO DO THAT, YOU JUST NEED TO ENJOY YOUR BOOK AND LET OTHERS ENJOY THEIRS.
WARNING: This doesn't apply to people who asks AI for a summary of the book and then counts that as read, this is NOT a safe space for you and I don't like you, you're not the people I'm talking about in this post, shoo!

Hi everyone 🧚
Lately I have been listening to playlists on Spotify based on the books I read and I feel inspired to do the same! I wanted to ask if you are one of these amazing people who create such playlists or even do playlists for your own ears only! How do you or would you select your songs? Do you even listen to the playlist while you read? I would love to read your thoughts about this.
I believe that listening to music that relate to the general mood or the characters enhances the reading experience for me! 🧚
