The Helsinki-born (1965) artist who once installed a sauna at P.S.1 has submerged video cameras in the rivers and harbors of New York, Berlin and Warsaw, recording "from the viewpoint of a fish…glimpses of edifices, tourists, boats, and passersby." The resulting guidebook considers familiar sights from unfamiliar viewpoints.
