Jet Cage, missing after his mother was found murdered in his family mansion, is reported by Robert Cage, not only Jet's father but the lead suspect in his wife's death. Determined to track his son, Cage pays an old friend, Kevin Duke, the head of a successful hitman organization in the small town of Capfield, to find Jet for him, and Mr. Duke accepts the case.
After nearly a decade of successful hiding, Jet is discovered by Mr. Duke's youngest son, Wesley, who sets his sights on bringing Jet back to their fathers, determined to prove to Mr. Duke that he is worth something to his father's business. However, as Wesley pushes his nose further into the information underneath Cage's request, he uncovers some frightening epiphanies about why Jet ran away after all. After finding out the reason Robert Cage wanted his son so badly is that so he may kill him, Wesley doubts the morality of his position, choosing instead to aid Jet and keep him safe from both their fathers. Accumulating a small group of kooky allies to further their safety, Jet begins his own vengeful hunt for Cage, sparking a sinister game of tag. But no matter the numbers, few things come from tracking a killer: disaster and danger beyond comprehension. Join them.
