She ends her rumination by taking a cute selfie on her phone. The narrator in “So Tired Of Being Easily Sick” thinks she has already implemented a generally accepted healthy lifestyle and deserves a certain level of fitness, but still, time and gravitation are more robust in terms of execution. “Mood Tracker” takes a peek at the excessive daily journal of someone who is going through high and low, and how trivial things such as an overpriced linen spray and an exaggerated to-do list push her to get through day by day. This book is a collection of stories, narrative poetry, untitled pieces, and drawings that collectively depart from an attempt to portray how the opposite is also true. The characters (mostly female) exist and cope in the middle of past, present, future / surviving, existing, living / attachment, detachment, non-attachment / logic, emotion, ethics / abstract, negative, concrete and so on, but it’s all very casual. Even sandwiched between the possibility of becoming a perfected version of themselves or completely losing their identities, some of the characters still manage to maintain the ability to laugh at themselves, to prepare a weekly meal plan, to get obsessed with spreadsheets, and to grow a social media presence.

Earth is blue, fragile, light, and not a star. And we’re part of it, not just living on it. Earth is a battle ground where all species constantly face an invisible war. And we’re the main actor of growth, destruction, and peace. Someone’s precious is someone else’s garbage. Someone’s interest is someone else’s boredom. Someone’s principle is someone else’s violation. Someone’s contentment is someone else’s pressure. Someone’s recipe for immunity is someone else’s cause of death. Either you’re the “someone” or the “someone else”, it doesn’t matter because confusion will always bounce back to you, no matter how far you’ve been running away from it. It’s about facing an empty page each day, it’s about waking up in the morning deciding to be alive, it’s about choosing which mistakes to avoid, it’s about considering what and who to ignore, it’s about crafting a self that’s truly your own, it’s about faking a smile to cure the pain of others, it’s about continuously moving forward because going back is never a choice, it’s about looking at the blue sky and having small talks with it, it’s about everything that feels small and unworthy, it’s about becoming buoyant, never being trapped between other people’s cacophonic agendas, it’s about counting your breath.

Who? A breathing meat. Why? Some breathing meat lucky enough to understand their purpose of existence. But most of the meats have no idea why they exist in the universe. The meat who knows and the meat who doesn’t know experience the same pain, uncertainty, and heartbreak, but have different points of view on everything. Where? Under the sky. On the soil. Between the air and the sea. In the arms of people who treat you badly. What? Something you don’t know and something you know. If you’re lucky you’ll find the answer but other questions will come to you soon after that. When? Not today.

I wanted to say, "I would love to know your obsessions, Is it landed house, gadgets, power, domestic life, succulent plants, achievements, money, work, more likes and followers, health, validations, sex, organic food, pets, perfect selfies, children, sports, religion, relationship, minimalism, perfection, muscles, urban toys, shoes, traveling, or fame?" but nobody is prepared for that kind of question on a first date. So I said, "You look great."
