This was a fun, quick read. Not *as* good as book 1 for me, but still entertaining enough that it definitely improved my workout and that I immediately went online and got book 3 in the series.

I liked both of the leads well enough. The plot - full of misunderstandings and lies, and people believing the wrong people and then just not communicating—is a very overused one in the romance genre. Of course, I get that this is probably because it’s what sells / it’s what people want, so no hate. Personally, I just prefer variety.

Overall though, no major complaints, and like I said, it did entertain me.

    3 stars.

    Audio:
Overall, the quality is really good. Clear, crisp, etc. Though the narrator sounded like she was loudly panting throughout and that took a bit of getting used to. Her voice is smooth and pleasant enough—overall, well done.
