I cant help but feel disappointed. A few stories were good (The Quilt Maker, Big Bertha's Stories) but the collection overall felt underwhelming and the quality of the stories uneven.

On the cover of the book you can read under the title "romantic fictions with a twist" and I really did not think that was a good description of the collection at all. Combined with the pop art cover I was expectin something completely different. Some stories were about violence, some about death, some about boredom... I am finishing those stories thinking I need a fun romantic comedy to watch to come back from unhappy romance.
