I think it's the best one of the series so far. I really enjoyed the plotlines, and the characters have grown on me.
The reason I can't give it another half a star is because of the way poc are described, e.g. skin like coffee with a lot of milk, or something along those lines. And for one it's unoriginal, but also racist. Also, the 'tribes' are written so stereotypically Native American / Indian, and it's cringy to read. (Just like in the previous book, a wlw couple was explained to always have a more male and a more female woman. Which is the dumbest, and only comes from someone who has no idea what they're talking about.)

Though I like the series, I do wonder how long I'll be able to keep reading over those annoyances.
