“Now look where we are. Back in each other’s lives. Facing off. Together. Where we should have been the whole damn time”
    4.5 stars.

This book had me hooked from the start. It was such an interesting plot, a little bit taboo, and a good slow burn.

Lenny had been through so much with her mother growing up, then thrown into the life with the Bishops when she finally started to feel like she had a family.
So much happened and she was left feeling more alone than ever, until years later when she’s back with Mia and Kyler. (Where she was always meant to be)

I loved their relationships and how they were always there for each other. They were obviously trying hard to fight and understand how their feelings for each other had changed, and it was a long journey but it was so worth it.

    B. Celeste never disappoints.
