0Well after the revelation at the end of book 1 - this book focuses on Emmy and her crew dealing with the pregnancy and Emmy trying to figure out her feelings about Tyson. Honestly, I don’t usually like books that have pregnancy as part of the main arc, but I thought it fit well and I liked that Williams also portrayed the fears and triggers re: her first pregnancy. Plus, there are some new twists with Emmy’s family. I loved the introduction of Harlow and I can’t wait to read her story, but back to this book. I love the focus on the relationships and the ways they all support each other. The ending is explosive and I kind of really, really need book 3 now! :)
