There are few things superhero Angel wants in life. World peace. Unlimited chocolate banana milkshakes. Spandex outfits with pockets. What she doesn’t want is the attention of the Executioner, a supervillain who kills with his touch. But the moment she survives a caress—and a kiss—at the mercy of his lethal skin, Angel realizes her problems just got a whole lot bigger. Because the only thing worse than a supervillain who wants to kill you is one who wants to keep you.

So i read the bargainer series and decided to try a stand alone by this author. Im honestly not a huge "super hero" story girly, but this wasnt terrible. It's a quick read, a little too cheesy though. I do like it when a write makes me hate someone, and their actions, just to turn around and change my mind about them. I was a little annoyed that she tried to take her fish with her on a rescue/murder mission with the worst super villain in the world - that seemed beyond stupid lol I was also annoyed that her friends didnt go with her from the get - like hello you live with these people why are they just "ok" with your mission when clearly youre better with a team power wise... but no they are just gonna hang back and play halo - eyeroll... but the end ties it all together nicely. It was a cute story overall, and it had its spicy moments, although they were lacking some.
