When a one-night stand between Kat and Braxton develops into a feud, can they eventually tell each other how they feel? The next morning Kat kicks Braxton out as soon as she wakes up after freaking out that. For the next 6 months they try to ignore each other which is hard to do in a small town. Braxton tries to get some type of reaction out of her by saying that her bakery makes tasteless food. This leads to a prank war between the two that ultimately brings how they feel to a head and the start of their relationship.

Roping the Cowboy was originally on the Read Me Romance podcast and while I didn't listen to it, the reviews made me a little skeptical. But I loved the novella and the progress of the story. Throughout the story Braxton calls Kat spoiled and in Kat's POV it's mentioned that the town has everything wrong about her. I would've loved if there was a conversation between the two to clear this up before their relationship progression. If you love Kennedy Fox, enemies to lovers, or cowboys then y'all will love this.
