I was gifted a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. Thank you to the author for the opportunity to read and review!

This is a short story about Max who passes at a young age and is reincarnated on a fictional planet. I think the concept was there, but given its length (25 pages), I felt like there was a lack of word building and character development. Some of the sci-fi elements felt cliche (flying cars, drones, etc.), and the dialogue did not seem to match the overall tone, which pulled me out of the story.

I think if this was a longer novella or full length novel I would have enjoyed it more, but it’s a quick read if you are in a slump!
