Lindsay doesn't believe him, but then a shooting is called in-and it fits the professor's description to the last detail. Lindsay doesn't have much time to stop a terrifying future from unfolding. But all the crimes in the world seem like nothing when Lindsay is suddenly faced with the possibility of the most devastating loss of her life.

    No plot twists.
    No surprises.
    Totally predictable.

What's worse is there are so many different story lines going on that not only are they boring, but you're not getting enough background to even matter. Seriously if they focused on one or two plot lines and really developed them these books would be better!

And I'm sorry but isn't this series called "Women's Murder Club"? Because only twice were they all together in the same room. Once for about .3 seconds and the second time was at the end when basically everything had been solved. The whole original point to these books was four women from different perspectives came together to solve crime.

Oh. And the three page chapter thing is so incredibly annoying. Seriously there are times where four chapters back to back just roll right into one another like there wasn't even a chapter break. It's like someone made up a rule you couldn't have a chapter longer than five pages.

This was the last of this series that I had bought in a large group at a yard sale. I may not read anymore. I haven't decided yet. I loved the beginning of the series, but this is just ridiculous.
