Another great book by Moreland! I enjoyed reading the first book in the series and in book 2, we now follow Marcus, who has taken over as leader of a group of Hidden Justice men, after Matteo retired. I was excited to see Marcus meet the woman who will change everything for him and get his HEA.
Melissa is a great character in that she has seen & been subjected to so much, but has not broken. I love the chemistry between her and Marcus, but also the respect they ultimately have for each other & their experiences.
