I am fully expecting this to be a great movie, but it was just an ok book for me.

Such a lovely book to pull me out of my reading slump. Truly it was just a beautiful whimsical fairytale, with an few well placed f-bombs and genuinely funny moments. It was so easy to follow and anticipate how things will eventually interconnect, and the prose was really just gorgeous. I've gotta get to reading more Neil Gaiman.
