Esland is not just an annoying reporter for Pinch and the others but also one of Darrow's best friends so when she comes to Pinch in distress something unexpected happens and the need to protector her kicks in which could be at a detriment to the job he is on track for and want's. The push pull between Esland and Pinch leads to many a frustrating time, but the attraction is undeniable so when secrets start to come out there are plenty of emotions to go through which are then exasperated by the danger Esland as they try to work out who is after her and why. There are times when you don't know who to trust as well as hard decisions needing to be made, shocking twists and a love story that is going to take a lot of work in order to survive everything thrown at them and get the HEA they both deserve!!
