Six of Crows ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Crooked Kingdom ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.5
The unpredictability carried from Six of Crows to Crooked Kingdom. It had everything that made Six of Crows great...the intricate plots and plans, the character growth...and more.
Crooked Kingdom is LBTQ+ friendly. That being said, the sequal focuses more on the relationships, the family built, in the first book. You were made to love them in Six of Crows, now you're made to watch them grow. You may be able to predict some of the relationships endings, some definitely not.
It started as a bit of a slow read for me in the beginning, which is why I gave it 4 stars. If goodreads gave half star options, however, Crooked Kingdom would be 4.5. The slow beginning was the only flaw.....and maybe a particular ending.
