I will help, but only if I’m free.I’ve led a good long life. Longer than a lot of people I knew. I always assumed that when my time came, I’d go gracefully. With my head held high and a smile on my face. But I’ve never been able to turn down someone in need, and as a nurse, I have a responsibility to heal if I can. So even though I know the fae are dangerous, I can’t help but want to choose saving others over passing on with grace.
