Stop defining women by the men they know
This is my least favourite book naming convention. (Also, stop defining them by anyone they know might be more accurate; I just added a book that sounds great but the title fits this annoying trend, but I can't tell the gender of the botanist in the title from the description.)

She has a Name 🙄
Inspired by Women's history month and my local library! Ever get annoyed when headlines include the man's full name and then 'so&so's wife'? Then this is the list for you! These are books that include "wife" in the title and are often about a lot more complex and dynamic women than just 'someone's wife'. open to recommendations
Tried to include a range of diverse genres/culture/background/time period! Though I haven't read them all, I did look up every book and evaluated for consideration.
