This is hands down my favorite Kendall Ryan book so far! It was so easy to get swept up in the story and want all the good things for Ryleigh and Alexei!

I see so many reviews for this saying that they didn’t like it because of the instant connections and low conflict. Well guys, those are some of my favorite things to read about in romance! Is it realistic? Nope. But oh well, it’s what I like and Kendall didn’t let me down.

Ryleigh and Alexei we two people that I shipped from the start. Ryleigh is taking care of a baby that isn’t hers and Alexei is this big teddy bear/ baby whisper who wants to take care of them. My heart literally couldn’t take these good samaritans. They bonded fast, but wouldn’t you if you were spending every day in an apartment with someone?

Their chemistry was off the charts and the sex scenes between them were EVERYTHING! I loved how Alexei didn’t care what others thought about their situation. Also, that epilogue was going to be the death of me! Why I was I smiling like an idiot? Oh you know, because it was too cute how happy they were and seeing Ella growing up made my heart ache!

If you love low angst, wonderful characters, and HEA’s, this is the book for you! I loved this one and will be rereading it very soon!

Alexei is a pro football player. He meets Ryleigh one night outside her job when he rescues her from a creep trying to proposition her. He finds out she’s taking care of an abandoned baby and feels she needs further rescuing. As time goes by, he falls for both Ryliegh and the baby and they get their HEA.

This was a nice little story. Not a lot of drama or conflict. Everything got wrapped up nice and neat. A fast read.
