Recs if you like Lucinda's Secret...

JK Rowling is a bigot who uses her platform to hurt transfolks and other marginalized groups (plus she literally just quoted Mein Kampf on the bird site). If you're still supporting her in 2025, don't bother talking to me.

A variety of books recommended by a librarian (appropriate for students aged 11-16 as well).

From scary and malevolent to even tempered, Beautiful and enchanting to sharp and dishonest, All kinds of fairies from real folklore stories. Pixies, sprites, fairies, and elves All and more is here from the start to the end. (Under construction🏗🚧)

Tales that heavily involve the fae, in their horror and their beauty.

Keep in mind that I haven't read much since early high school so a lot of these books are for a younger audience lol (Can you tell I LOVED Spiderwick?)
