“What do you worship?” He leaned closer to me, our lips brushing lightly over each other.
“You, Sophia Rocchetti. I worship you.”

i was so so excited to read this book because i loved the tarkhanov empire series by the same author and i decided to read all her books! at the beginning i wasn't really feeling it, i wasn't really, not that i wasn't enjoying it but i felt meh, so i read other books and left this one behind! but once i got more involved into the story, i started to really like it and seeing sophia's development was actually incredible, i really like sophia and also seeing elena sometimes was just so heartwarming!
also was intrigued about what the hell was really going on and what they weren't telling sophia and when finally we found out, damn i kinda was expecting it but i felt bad for sophia, everyone around her new and didn't tell her? it was bad but exciting and it was a fun read! i wish i was more invested at the beginning and it didn't took me almost two months to finish the book, but overall i liked it and also there was a good development between sophia and alessandro, i need to see more of them, also need him to grovel hehe let's see
