At first, I had a very hard time getting in to this book. I almost gave it up several times! But, in the end, I really did love this story! There were only a few things I did not like. I did not like the way the story jumped around the timeline. It would have been better if everything went linearly. Second, I did not like how anti-climactic the ending was compared to the beginning! Finally, I do not like the feeling that this book was a sequel or the later part of a series and that more books are to come when I have a sinking suspicion that this will be a stand alone.
