Let me start by saying I love Takeshi as much as I love Kenzo. The Mori brothers are just IT.
We have action. Romance. We have it all.
We meet Katarina, unable to talk after a horrible ordeal and daughter of a rival clan in Tokyo. The mafia world is a man’s world and she has to get married to rule. Come in Takeshi. He steps up and wedding bells ring.
Behind all this is a power struggle, Katarina has her dark secrets that Takeshi relishes in proving and Takeshi has his secrets behind his madness. In all this is another element of the book that has Katrina in danger. So much happening but their love story is epic. Loved it.
What’s a book without a good plot twist? Yep. The book has a plot twist. What a plot twist.
