0I picked this book up because I recently received an arc of another K.L. Slater book The Mistake and when I went to go if the author had any books I haven't read read this book was on the list. I thought this was a completely different story until I read the last two chapters which makes this an awesome book..
At first I honestly thought this was a romance gone bad where the girlfriend and the mom dont get along, but it's so much more then that!!! at it's core this book was about a broken family who try to put themselves back together after the death of the mother with the help of a needy grandmother. What unfolds beyond the pages is a tug of war between two woman who both want the same thing what you don't find out until the very last few pages is who the Liar really is making this a book you can not put down.
