I don't hate this book (or maybe I do, I don't know yet). However, I didn't like it, it was boring as hell and the characters are just insufferable, and the writing, god, that I hated the most. I do understand the time this book was written had much influence in it, and "it's a classic", etc. I just refuse to read another Jane Austin book. I'll not go through that ever again.
I really don't care it's a classic and that Jane Austin's writing is "flawless", I didn't see/read/listen that, I was bored, it took me over two weeks to finish this, audiobook and physical book, it was so painful to read/listen and I have no idea how on earth I managed myself to finished it.
I'm officially done with Jane Austin and classic books overall, they are not for me and this book was a waste of my valuable time.
