Translated german language literature that is considered by many to be "core" reading from the modern and contemporary eras - meaning 1880 onwards, making it very readable. π©πͺπ¦πΉπ¨π I usually kept it to one book per author to make this a starting off point (sometimes added additional faves). Suggestions welcome!
A Journey Through the Self
A compilation of books (mostly fiction) in which the main character/s set out on a journey, leading to moments of meditation, introspection, meandering walks through the memory, conflicts with both the self, the path, and others, and ultimately: change, for both the characters and the reader. In these novels, the journey is more important than the destination.
