Don't let those cute TikTok quotes convince you to read this book. It is 100% not worth it.
It started off well enough and I could really see a cutesy friends to lovers arch forming, with enough mutual pining to keep me satisfied.
A requirement for that would be for them to be friends. On paper they are. But we as the reader see very little of this friendship. They become "best friends" off screen. And when we do see them interact, I truly do not see the appeal of their friendship.
They're both so hot and cold and as a reader I felt extremely frustrated. Their motives were muddled and hard to truly grasp.

Don't even get me started on that BJ that came out of nowhere. Truly bizarre
