This book is part of a longer series but it is absolutely not necessary to read the prior ones to enjoy it and follow the story.

This book follows Jade, a plus sized city girl who finds herself living in her families lakeside vacation home year round. She is struggling because she has no idea how to live there during the winter months and she is thinking about leaving. She goes fishing and hates it. When she is trying to tie the boat back up, the rope breaks but local lumberjack Tristan is there to save the day. They have a hot little scene, then she discovers he is a daddy and that she wants to be his little girl.

This is a quick, fun read with a lot of spice.
