A Beauty and the Beast sort of story. Gwendolyn needs funds for her community center. She asks for it from the richest man she knows, and an old friend. But Xavier has been through some things and everyone sees him as a beast. So in exchange for the funds, he demands she spends a week in his bed. She agrees but what she doesn't want to admit is that it's always where she's wanted to be.

This story was okay. Something about the writing style or something just threw me off, though. So I didn't love this. But the scenes were steamy and the pair get their HEA.
