So I LOVE the show Cold Case (ilysm Lilly Rush/Scotty Valens). Cold case mystery/thrillers live in that unsettling space where justice failed the first time, and the world moved on as if the truth didn’t matter. Helen Laser was one of the audiobook narrators that truly made me fall in love with audiobooks, her narration of Yellowface was fantastic and honestly one of the first times I got audiobooks

I honestly don‘t know how to describe her voice except that it scratches that itch in my brain
