I became obsessed with Dix and Char from the very beginning. Heck... I couldn't get enough of them to the point that I read their story in less than 24 hours. I loved seeing how strong Char was in the midst of all the tragedies she had to face. She is truly such a brave and wonderful woman who deserved so much better and fortunately she came to realize that thanks to Dix's words and actions. Dix was truly amazing with showing Char just how much he valued her and being patient with her. I loved how he was so quick to start protecting her as well as her baby even before truly knowing much about her. He literally couldn't help himself. He just HAD to keep them safe and take care of them.
M.A. Cobb does not fail to write the best type of man in her books and I seriously cannot wait to see what she has planned for the rest of this series.
