Spenser vs … maybe a major drug boss once again. This one brings us to Wheaton, MA, mainly, with a slight tour of upper New England at times.
Eventually, Spenser gets under the skin of the wrong people, including a drug cartel and an entire town full of dirty cops, state-level corruption as well, and has to bring in Hawk.
Overall:
It was a fun, action-packed read that I completed in 1 sitting.
Recommend.
5 stars.

Character(s) introduced in this one:
State cop in western MA, Lundquist.
Audio:
This narrator … is okay. While he does NOT bother with a Boston accent, there is a vibe to his vintage-y sound and being 5 books in now, I’m getting used to him. :)
