Played by my Brother's Enemy

Charly Hana

Enjoyment: Quality: Characters: Plot:

My job is to expose the greatest quarterback of all time. The fraud is also my brother’s enemy.I’ve been bashing him in the media for years. Matt Bradshaw is now a retired NFL legend and billionaire team owner. He is not only wealthy but older, and older is a turn-on for me. The interviews turned into intimate dinners and jet rides with a little too much privacy. My brother is relying on me. I have no choice but to ruin the G.O.A.T.’s reputation. But I wasn’t expecting my investigation to reveal that he is actually a good guy. Keeping my hands off of his rock-hard abs is harder than keeping my secret. We’re caught on camera. My boss is threatening to pull the story. The pressure is on and I’m now carrying his baby.

Liz hates Matt Bradshaw. He's always been the golden boy, then he went to the NFL. He stayed in the league a long time (too long according to Liz) and now he's the owner of her hometown team, the Wildabeests. Oh and her brother's sworn enemy. Liz is an investigative journalist and she's been sent to get the dirt on Matt. When she's attending a game and she and her friend are invited to the owner's box, she's puzzled. But then he invites her to dinner, which leads to them talking, which leads to more...soon she's not sure whose side she's on and whether she can still objectively write her article.

I love Liz, she's so sassy and she doesn't back down from anything. She is willing to admit that things might have changed for her when she's with Matt. The only thing is that she never comes completely clean with him and that could have been a dealbreaker. Matt gave her enough rope to hang herself and she did it, but he also cared enough to at least consider what it meant. She got lucky :)
