Recs if you like Humankind: A Hopeful History...

This list is made possible by all the 🫛🐝’ers who came through for me during a terrible breakup. I asked the club for joyful nonfiction recs because fiction is too emotionally fraught for what I’m going through.

I hope these books can bring you some hope, relief, or perspective. Together, we can get through this 😊

Sprinkle a little hope on your world view. This list is filled with non fiction books that emanate positivity and will brighten your beliefs. Doom and gloom dominate our media; that serves a good purpose, which is to warn us all, but I ask you this: after the warning, what's next? Here you'll find books that will make you believe that the Earth and its residents are worth saving, and maybe we are not in a hellscape after all. Life is looking UP! The glass is half full!
