It was lovely.
This is a book you pick up to make you smile. It is so well put together and it gives you an insight into happiness and how it makes a huge difference. I liked that this book explored the topics a lot more than Hygge. Hygge felt almost like a manual on how to be happy, Lykke is how happiness can be found everywhere, you just need to open yourself to it.
I know, Lykke is very optimistic and it's hard sometimes to be happy.
There are just times where you just feel down. I still feel that this book is still a valid read to understand cultural differences and mindsets. Lykke is not a guide, it's a way to look and think about happiness. Is there something better than that?
Final rating: 5 stars. If you liked the Hygge, you are going to like this one.
