Just a list of books coming out in 2026 that I’m really excited for :) it will be updated as the months go by! It will be a mix of: high fantasy, romance fantasy, sci-fi, gothic, horror, lit fic, historical fiction, retellings, poetry, romance, & more!!

all of the books from the urban fantasy universe of shadowhunters created by cassandra clare!!! • i put the books in the reading order recommended by cassie clare herself <3 • there are a lot of reading orders, but i would recommend either this one or the publication order • i didn't include the extras that don't tell stories like the shadowhunters codex • the last four books ( the last king of faerie and the three after that ) are yet to be published

I will list the first book in the series and the upcoming book. I'm not including series from romances where it's hard to tell if the books are standalone or not (for my health🙃).

(I'm already questioning my sanity on how I'm going to maintain this, I wish we could make collaborative lists on here 😭)

Because I'm obsessed with faeries and there are a lot of books about them this upcoming year.
