Native American History Books
Books about Native American history - mostly in the 19th century but some outliers as well. I haven't read all of these books, so PLEASE comment on any that are problematic, insensitive, or Euro-centric. For example, I have excluded Empire of the Summer Moon by S.C. Gwynne because the Comanche Business Committee denounced it for its ethnocentric sources and stereotypical portrayal of Comanche lives and history. Recommendations (especially OwnVoices) would also be highly appreciated!

Bancroft Prize Winners
The Bancroft Prize is awarded each year by the trustees of Columbia University for books about diplomacy or the history of the Americas. The award goes back to 1948 with two winners every year, so I'm adding them starting with the most recent.
