This list is a community project, I asked in the club and received multiple suggestions which I then added onto a list: fiction and nonfiction, fantasy, contemporary, sci-fi, the main theme is just hope. Some people said their recommendation might not fit very well but I added it anyways.
Also, in the og post, I mentioned The Good Place and if people have recommendations tending to that, so some books are related to that.

I tried to include most books I know or that have been recommended that either have transfem, transmasc or nonbinary main characters. I only add first in series!

And sometimes you find the right book, but... can you even call that shade blue?

Disability Rep Books
Book with main characters that are disabled. Both physical and mental included. Eg chronic/terminal illness, physical disabilities, mental illness, neurodivergance, addiction, injury and injury recovery, symptoms causing health issues etc. Doesn't have to be a diagnosed condition. Not necessarily by authors with shared experiences. Books any be any genre. Added only 1st book of series unless there are different characters.
Feel free to leave suggestions in the comments! No "magic cure" books.

The Grief Booklist I was Looking For (i hope)
A lot of these are general, but I am focused on finding books on sibling loss and suicide bereavement or compounded grief. I am compiling what have read (not much yet), but also recs that I want to look into. I would love to hear suggestions (a lot of this is the result of snooping though maybe too many forums and blogs, so anyone else with insight would be lovely)!
