This is dark Beauty and the Beast reimagining and it was so good! Not for the faint of heart, but wow did Mila grab me with her writing. Super emotional and intense!

The story follows Azadeh, and her three messed-up guys, Zeke, Lev, and Cyrus. We learn about Azadeh's rough past, but also how strong she is. I loved the flashbacks that filled in the story, and the characters felt so real, even the side ones. They all totally won me over. I thought I was a great touch adding the recipes. I might have to get cooking a try.

Azadeh is such a strong character, and I totally connected with her. The way she deals with her past hurts to read, but she's a survivor. Zeke, Lev, and Cyrus are all damaged too, but seeing them heal together is heartwarming. Each guy has a unique thing with Azadeh, but they're all super protective and devoted. Plus, the romance was smokin' hot – like, seriously steamy!
