George and Auggie's story is so tragically sweet as it goes through so many years from when they first meet which was not a great start to when they both realise they are in love with each other but alas it's not that simple. They fell into a friendship which grew into so much more without realising it and seeing how it all unfolds along with going through the emotions, successes, doubts, wonder and finally the hope that they finally get their happily ever after together and not with other sub-par people!
