Seems like I'm totes binge reading these Cosmo Red Hot novellas.
Cute read with poignantly funny moments. The fact that this story took place in London during Christmas time made yearn so badly I nearly made fruitcake. Not very seasonal during this blistering heat wave.
At times I felt that Nico, the hero, was a little flat. If I took a shot every time he said Cristo, I would've ended up quite drunk by the end of this book. Nonetheless, I did enjoy that he's smoldering hot. I have a thing for gorgeous Sicilian men.
Also, there were certain phrases that were repeated to death, as if the author didn't trust that I could remember something that had been mentioned only two pages ago.
Overall, a quick and easy read with steamy moments to spare. Great for when work doesn't allow you to fully submerge in the written world but you need a quick fix of HEAs.
