Recs if you like Axiom's End (Noumena, #1)...

Pieces of fiction with language, linguistics, and communication as themes. I saw some non-fiction lists on this topic, so wanted to add a fiction one as well, as they're really interesting ideas to explore

Now that we are all waiting for the new side stories after the ending of Arcane there is a huge empty space begging to be satisfied with the same feeling of season one (mostly, season two went very middle class and we lost the potential of what could have been one of the greatest revolutionary stories in recent media)

Criteria for the books consist generally • Class schisms • Political intrigue • Moral questions of privilege and responsibility • Picks with queer stories

On space travel and moon joy. 🌌 A mixture of non-fiction, historical fiction and hard science fiction.

These are sci-fi books that have different species. Sometimes from their perspective, sometimes just part of the story, in rare case as the villain.

Do you want to read some good science-fiction/fantasy? These novels have it (subjective). Here, mostly queer, anti-colonial, dripping with world building and other bodily fluids. Without a reliable narrator in sight! These are written for adults, that does NOT mean they are inherently spicy. Good Luck!~
