Recs if you like The Knockout Queen...

Here's every book so far from BOTM's monthly shortlist since February 2015 for anyone who wants to read them all like I do!

Short-ish Novels inviting consideration of novel characters in novel situations. Are we on a war ship? An airplane? Dedicated to a niche passion? Practicing a little known, long-ago tradition? Choosing a seemingly reasonable path in life that is nonetheless judged “unconventional” by others? Curated through my ACE lens!

I wish I had a list like this growing up. So here is a list of books that are queer or otherwise include queer rep, but don’t have a same sex couple on the cover. Let’s help people explore without feeling they have to hide it. This list is for readers of all ages. You’re never too old to explore 😉 If it’s a series, only the first book is listed. Feel free to comment suggestions!
