I enjoyed the story and mystery.  It reminded me a bit of an episode of Murder, She Wrote.  All of the suspects are located within the small town.

The story opens with Robbie meeting her grumpy new neighbors.  The plot thickens when they open two new competitors to Pans 'N Pancakes across the street.  The mystery is well written.  I spent about half the book wrong about the motive and situation surrounding the murder.  Overall, I enjoyed it.
