A feel-good fantasy short story for the winter holidays! Early in the new year, Sister Mirabelle of the Linder Church of the Lady is sent to Ragnor Bella to investigate rumours of a saint. Her job is to determine whether it's magic, trickery, or actual miracle. In the town's small bookstore, she encounters one Jemis Greenwing, who has a few mysteries to his name. This story takes place after Plum Duff (Greenwing & Dart #6) and does contain references to certain major events from earlier books. However, if you don't mind a few spoilers it's a good introduction to the series!
