0This is the first book that I have read in this series and now I'm sorry I haven't picked it up sooner! I will be reading the backlist for sure! It does seem that this story takes place at the same time as a few of the previous stories so that is exciting and I will get to the rest soon. This story is action packed from beginning to end. Barbi is out celebrating her graduation and meets Alec. They have a one-night stand, but then Alec cannot stop thinking about Barbi. Which is good because soon she needs his specialized brand of help. He convinces her to start a relationship, then takes her to Las Vegas to marry her in the interest of keeping her safe as well (What?!). The suspense and intrigue is top-notch and there is spiciness as well!
