It's infuriating meeting this hockey legend; Pittsburgh's hero...Well except mine.Michael Anderson owns half the city and embodies my failed marriage.Hockey players seem to make time for everything but love.I bump into Michael yet again and he offers me a job.But he might change his mind once he finds out my ex-husband is his player.As a single mom with very little help, I accept his offer.My son is having the time of his life passing the puck with this superstar.It's pretty hot to see Michael work up a sweat.Making it hard to say no when he shuts my office door...I'm pucked.I need this job to support my son and keep my toxic ex away.This hockey legend seems to have the time to protect me.Michael might not be the man I hate.But it all depends on what he does when I show him double pink hockey sticks.Yup, I'm pregnant.

Alice goes to her son's school for career day. There she meets pro hockey player Michael. Alice's ex-husband loves Michael and his play so she is immediately angry with him even though he hasn't done anything. Michael is nice to her and asks about her son. Later, Alice gets a job at a company that is owned by Michael. She's willing to let that go until she finds out that Michael has also hired her ex to be on the bench of one of his hockey teams. He's a deadbeat and she's working two jobs to pay for what her son needs and she lets Michael know what she thinks about it. He takes the time to learn about her and her son and she starts to see him in a different light. As they grow closer, can he convince her to give them a chance?
